Shipping policy

The delivery address which you provide and is confirmed by us via email shall be deemed the correct delivery address. All international shipments are sent under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms. Under DAP, the customer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees upon arrival in the destination country.

We will endeavour to ship your order within 7 days of purchase; however, we reserve the right to extend delivery times by reasonable periods if a delay occurs due to an event beyond our reasonable control. Any shipping time estimates or dispatch dates provided are indicative only and do not constitute a final deadline.

If a product ordered is no longer in stock, this may result in a delay to the entire order. If a product is temporarily out of stock, we will indicate when we expect to receive further inventory.

We will not be liable for damages resulting from non-delivery or late delivery in respect of the estimated delivery dates originally stated.

Ownership passes to the customer upon payment in full for the product. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer, or the person designated to receive the goods, upon delivery to the confirmed delivery address.
