IKAWA's Moisture Release Graph is an industry-first visual of when and how quickly water is being release from your coffee, during the roast. 

It uses our Humidity Sensor to log the moisture changes in the roast chamber throughout the entire roast. Graphing the Rate of Moisture Release provides a tool that gives you insight into how the coffee is going to behave in your production roaster before you do a single batch. 

Using the Moisture Release Graph, the team at Square Mile coffee in London have halved the number of test batches they are doing for each new coffee, down from an average of 3 to 1.5. 

This is a brand new tool, so we expect to learn more about how it can be applied to other areas of coffee, such as green buying, in the near future.
