As both producers and roasters, our partners control every step of the process, giving us full traceability from farm to cup, whether sourced as roasted or green coffee.

This coffee carries the Tecapa Chinameca Denomination of Origin, a certified mark of quality and provenance — now available through IKAWA's Green Coffee platform.
